Therefore, 25 it has signed a decree on the imposition of a nationwide discussion of the draft law "On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine". The decree states that public discussion should be completed before December 1, 2009. National Institute for Strategic Studies was requested until 15 December to prepare for the results of a nationwide discussion of generalized proposals to the bill.
