Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko pointed to rapid growth in domestic and external public debt, the servicing of which will be used enormous resources of the state budget for 2010. "In 2010, the maintenance of internal and external borrowing countries, which took the current government, will cost expenditures greater than the costs of the defense and health care combined," - he said in broadcast television and radio in the Lviv Oblast HURSDAY, reports the presidential press service. Yushchenko considers unprofessional approach to the development of the current budget and next year. "Defective, incompetent this year's budget, which was adopted at the request of the Government, and then was not balanced, has become the number one impediment to the economy", - he said.
