The Constitutional Court of Ukraine on October 1, admitted not relevant Basic Law of Government Regulation "On preventing crises in the coal industry", UNIAN reports.
The document contained a list of mines, whose property is to be sold in 2009 at a public auction.
The Court came to the conclusion that the decision involves exclusion of structural units of coal-mining enterprises as integral property complexes, and this is not privatization in the understanding of the law "On privatization of state property.
"The ruling, in effect, fixed the usual disposition of the property, which excludes the possibility of coal workers priority purchase of shares, social protection in case of dismissal", - said the judge-rapporteur in the case of Pavel Tkachuk.
According to him, the COP is no information, had a cabinet of Yulia Tymoshenko to sell some of the mines, guided by recognized illegal documents.
