Kiev prosecutor's office found that the Department of Social Welfare in Kiev attempted to charge the account for a disabled car in 2839.

This is in reply prosecution.

The reason for this decision was the absence in their personal vehicles for a complete list of required documents.

However, legislation on the collection of such documents is for this administration.

Prosecutor's Office appealed the order of the Department of social insurance, which violated rights of the disabled.

Protest granted, order the action stopped, the registry disabled added the necessary information about the presence or absence of these vehicles.

As previously reported, on September 1 this year, Kyiv prosthetic plant stops production for people with disabilities at least until next year.
